    Business Dynamics are currently searching for a new Manager to join our team on a permanent basis – this is a unique opportunity for someone who has experience of operations improvement consulting experience to join a diverse and experienced team of consultants who have unparalleled access to the knowledge, methods and technology of a Formula One team.


    Business Dynamics is a team experiencing rapid growth within Williams Advanced Engineering - the technology and engineering services business of the Williams Group. We exist to apply learnings from over four decades of intense competition in the world of Formula One to complex business problems which drive improved performance, both within the Williams Group and for our external clients.


    As one of our managers you’ll lead a wide variety of client projects across a broad range of industries. In many ways each project is unique – so far, we’ve driven performance in engineering companies, manufacturing plants, multinational consumer goods firms and hospitals – but like the Williams F1 team, each project has an unwavering focus on one central question: what is required for this organisation to win.


    Working hands-on, you’ll play a key role in the scoping, planning and delivery of performance improvement consulting projects in our key focus areas: Operations, Data Analytics, Innovation and Developing a Winning Culture, drawing on insight from a leading Formula One team. Day to day, your role could include: supporting business development and customer relationship management, leading performance assessments, analysis and problem solving, change management and programme management so  you’ll need to be highly driven, inquisitive and adaptable to be considered. 


    In addition, you will support the growth of the Business Dynamics team within Advanced Engineering, playing a key role in recruitment and development of the team as well as shaping future growth areas. The ideal candidate will have experience of developing an area of experience or interest into a commercial proposition through the lifecycle of market research, content creation and service delivery. To be successful, you’ll also have strong analytical, commercial, communication and interpersonal skills developed through your career to-date. You’ll be motivated by playing an early role in the development of the Business Dynamics team and be driven to develop yourself further - the team has a strong track record of developing team members by sharing experience from a range of previous clients and consulting organisations.


    Our team is based on the same dedicated site as the Williams F1 team in Grove, Oxfordshire. In terms of location, all our roles include a balance of time spent at Grove and on client site, which will include travel within the UK and internationally as business needs dictate.
