    We are seeking to appoint an Group HRBP & Internal Communications Manager. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, this new, exciting and challenging role requires you to work with senior stakeholders across the Williams Group where you will put our employees at the heart of what we do. 

     

    Key responsibilities for this role include; partnering four members of the Executive team and their functional teams as a trusted HR business partner; developing and implementing effective and innovative internal communications and employee engagement strategies. Using tactical plans to engage and inform employees to support our business objectives.

     

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivery in Senior HR roles partnering Senior Leaders in complex, fast paced business, with significant experience in change & project management. They should also have experience deploying & managing the organisational impact of employee engagement initiatives and be comfortable at both operational & strategic level with a keen eye for commercial impact. Previous Internal Communications experience preferable but not required as this role will liaise very closely with external communications, design & marketing roles.  

     

    The ideal candidate will also have the confidence and tenacity to motivate and engage key stakeholders and the ability to build credibility quickly. Eager to learn, hardworking & naturally collaborative; his role works closely with several different teams within the business.
