Williams Advanced Engineering are currently recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will support the administration of programme demand in the supply base to ensure effective supply of product and services delivered correct to specification, to schedule and at minimum cost to support a multi programme demand. Duties will include assisting with the preparation and issuing of RFQ’s, working with ERP system to raise purchase orders ensuring on time delivery, cost and budget leadership, providing clear and accurate data into the programme BOM and supporting with commercial negotiations, including design and development, tooling and piece price.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn on the job and commercial awareness. You will be a competent user of Microsoft Excel and office packages with proven attention to detail.
