    We are currently seeking a Merchandise & Licensing Manager to join our Marketing Team. Reporting to the Head of Partner Management & Events, the purpose of this role is to deliver on time and to budget a year on year clothing solution for the race team and factory based employees alongside our clothing provider, in addition to maximising income derived from merchandise and licensing opportunities.


    Some of the key responsibilities include; owning and managing the relationship with Fanatics and Alpinestars, being responsible for delivery of team kit, driver kit, travel kit, footwear and luggage plus any replenishment.  Responsibility for correct partner logo placements and all relevant approvals.  In addition, you will be tasked with bringing in a year over year increase in merchandise and license income, whilst developing new products and license categories.


    The successful candidate will have a proven track record working in a similar role within a fast-paced environment for a high profile organisation. The candidate will be used to dealing with tight deadlines and managing their workload efficiently to accommodate for specific peak periods throughout the F1 season.  Excellent organisation skills are a must.


    Whilst some travel to meetings both domestically and internationally may be required in line with responsibilities outlined above, it is not expected that race travel will form part of this role.
