We are currently seeking a Partner Manager to join our Marketing Team. Reporting to the Head of Partner Management & Events, the purpose of this role is to provide integrated, consultative and commercially viable support to William’s partners in accordance with the Partner Management strategy.
Some of the key responsibilities include; to build robust, sustainable working professional relationships with Williams partners, to consult with partners and define business objectives on an ongoing basis as required and to devise activation programmes in conjunction with partners and to consult with them on use of all team assets. You will also be responsible for; working in conjunction with partners to ensure maximum return on investment in line with contractual obligations, whilst ensuring commercial benefit to Williams is achieved, and proactively engaging with internal members of the Williams team including Executives, Race Team and Factory Staff in order to build a robust knowledge of the business.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record working in similar roles within a fast-paced environment for a high profile organisation. Tenacious, with an eye for detail, the candidate will be a strong team player with excellent organisation skills.
