We are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join our busy and dynamic team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner this role will be the dedicated operational HR point of contact for a collection of departments in Williams F1, providing the full range of human resource services spanning the complete employee lifecycle. Operating a business partner model, this role will establish and maintain excellent working relationships with the teams supported, develop a keen understanding of the aims, objectives and challenges facing them enabling to deliver, tailored, proactive HR services.
Key role responsibilities include recruitment, induction and on-boarding. Updating and maintain HR data systems, advising on employee relations issues and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
The ideal candidate is a problem solver, a solution finder. They will have a ‘can do’ attitude, willing to help across the team, providing an efficient, courteous and business-like service at all times, offering assistance or redirection as required and always in the spirit of ownership and seeking a resolution. Ideally CIPD qualified, or willing to undertake training, they will have previous experience of delivering HR activities or operating in an HR Advisor role. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to create effective working relationships and deliver a high standard of HR customer service.
