We are currently seeking a Junior Facilities Administrator to provide administrative support to a busy department which undertakes works throughout the Williams site. Reporting to the Contracts Supervisor key responsibilities include; ensure the Facilities helpdesk and other reports are accurate and kept up to date and month end reports completed on time. Run the Facilities Management helpdesk along-side the Facilities and Contracts Supervisors and arrange site visits with service providers as requested by the Facilities team.
The successful candidate will have strong Microsoft skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint with a high numerical accuracy and ability to check data. Microsoft project experience would be an advantage but not essential. They will be an effective communicator with the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
