We are currently seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team in this newly scoped role. This position will play a critical part in further developing our marketing function by championing the Williams brand internally and supporting the entire business in understanding how they can build brand strength. On arrival the successful candidate will help finalise the brand strategy work currently underway, before building a brand management and activation plan that the entire department will work with. On successful completion of this, the role will look at how we communicate with the brand - campaigns, content and how we commercialise/monetise with customers and fans. While Formula One-related activities represent a significant proportion of the role, the Brand Manager has a group-wide remit that includes supporting our Deputy Team Principle, Williams Advanced Engineering, Conference Centre and Heritage. With a proven track record working as a Brand Manager or equivalent for a high profile brand within a reputable organisation (sporting would be an advantage), the successful candidate will have significant experience in creating, implementing and managing brand strategy, with a good understanding of livery and kit. Key to success in this role will be the ability to identify brand opportunities and challenges, and create strong, compelling strategies and practical programmes which provide value for the Williams Group.
