Williams Grand Prix Engineering is pleased to announce that we are now recruiting for our 2018 Business Management Graduate Scheme (Operations).
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who will graduate in summer 2018 or have graduated in the past year. The successful candidate will spend two to three years rotating through a number of business departments in order to set them up for a permanent role in the area that best suits them (subject to business need). The roles will be focussed primarily in Operations, but will also include exposure to Finance, Group Strategy and HR.
The successful candidate will deliver specific projects for each function in the role of an analyst. Example tasks include; planning resource scheduling, supporting production control, or carrying out analysis to support operational improvement initiatives.
In-house training and development will be provided over the course of the programme, with the possibility of study towards an external qualification to be agreed between the candidate and management.
You’ll have achieved (or be expecting to achieve) a 2:1 or above in your degree subject and have a strong academic background. Mindset is key in Formula One so you’ll be analytical and have a ‘can-do’ attitude, and an ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders across the business. The successful candidate will have a desire to develop a career in operations management within an engineering/ motorsport business.
