We are currently seeking a Senior Trackside IT Support Technician to join our IT department. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager the role purpose is to implement, support and manage IT Services for the Trackside teams.
Some of the key job responsibilities will include; to provide the resources, expertise, processes and systems necessary to provide Williams with high quality, repeatable, effective Motorsport IT Services at an appropriate cost. You will also be responsible for managing Trackside IT Support technicians to ensure events are supported correctly and are distributed evenly across technicians and to be the escalation point for any trackside IT incidents and problems, ensuring they are resolved within agreed SLAs.
