Overview

 

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this is a key role where the successful individual will take the lead in expediting supplier non-comformance issues that arise with bought in components and contracted services. You will be responsible for obtaining agreement from relevant stakeholders in the business on the sentencing of parts in line with defined procedures and ensuring that defined actions are prioritized in line with business needs and carried out expeditiously. Key skills required are strong but personable manner with at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role for a procurement / production function or alternatively to have held a technical role in a manufacturing or quality function for a motorsport, aerospace or automotive manufacturer. Good communication and relationship building skills are essential as there will be significant interaction both within the business and with suppliers. Good written and verbal communications skills are critical as well as strong attention to detail and a positive approach to work.
