We are currently seeking a Trackside IT Support Technician to implement, support and manage IT Services for the Williams Trackside Events. Reporting to the Senior Trackside IT Support Technician some of the key responsibilities include providing resource, expertise, processes and systems necessary to provide Williams with high quality, repeatable, effective IT Services at trackside events. To recommend and manage improvements and upgrades to trackside IT Services, processes and procedures and to continually strive to improve trackside IT and associated services, ensuring technologies are utilised appropriately to provide world class Infrastructure.
The successful candidate will be fully competent in core IT skills and technical business knowledge. They will have experience being a hands on technologist who can lead the implementation and upgrade of IT Services. Have an understanding of ITIL in order to contribute to IT Department Process Improvement initiative and ensure effective evaluation of business risks and issues, aligned to IT Risk Management processes as defined in Williams’ IT Risk Charter.
