We are seeking a Grounds Person to join our team. Reporting to the Head Groundsman, the successful candidate will play a lead role in presenting and maintaining the highest standards of appearance in all aspects of the factory site, grounds and gardens at all times. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking all grounds maintenance, including routine activities, in a timely manner as instructed by the Head Groundsman or Facilities Manager. This includes seasonal maintenance including grass and hedge cutting, tree pruning, fertilizing, weed killing, salt gritting and removing snow during in winter months. The individual will also be responsible for the safe operation of machinery and equipment across the site. With a proven track record working in a similar position, the successful candidate will have recognised horticultural qualifications or equivalent experience. Determined, with an eye for detail, you will have strong creative skills together with an organised approach and positive attitude to your work.
