We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Assembly Technician to join our team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, this is a key role where the successful individual will work on a number of projects to complete the assembly of prototype cars to a very tight schedule and high standard.

The successful candidate will have thorough knowledge of car components, experience of car assembly (from bare chassis to finish), experience of testing major assemblies and vehicles and a strong understanding of engineering drawings. The Vehicle Assembly Technician will have experience in machining and tool making, welding and fabrication and have a critical eye to evaluate components for their integrity and reliability.

Experience with Composites or GRP and an understanding of the car manufacturing industry standards would be advantageous.

National and international travel may be required.
