We are currently recruiting for an EDS Engineer to join our team on a 6-month contract.

Reporting to the Principal Engineer – Systems Integration, this is a key role where the successful individual will be involved in developing the electrical distribution systems for both ICE and electric vehicles.

Duties will be wide ranging and varied and will include: Ensuring the customer’s requirements are understood across the projects involved, working within a small team to deliver schematic and harness layout drawings, fault-finding on vehicles, assisting with FMEA and other project documentation. We are seeking a person who has a solid understanding of harness architectures and design techniques, takes ownership of project responsibilities and who can work in a small team delivering to tight timescales.

Familiarity with Vesys 2 would be an advantage.
